Szent István Korona Pázmándi Cabernet sauvignon

Our Cabernet Sauvignon wine is made of grapes grown in our own vineyard in Pázmánd, in the Etyek-Buda wine region.

This smooth red wine of spicy aroma has been fermented in acid resistant steel tanks in our cutting edge processing plant, and later, it was aged in huge oak barrels in our wine cellar in Budafok.

Thus differing from the traditional way of winemaking in the region, and by utilizing the excellent features of the Lake Velence area, we were able to create such a deep ruby colour wine of rich, full, well-balanced bouquet with ripe taste and lingering, fruity aftertaste, which nicely reflects the characteristics of the Cabernet Sauvignon variety.

It is to be served at 16-18 C° for Hungarian style dishes and meat dishes.
