Chardonnay is one of the best known and most popular varieties in the world, and it is also very popular in Hungary. Hungary also provides this variety with an ideal cultivation environment.
Its intense, fresh aroma and taste dominated by citruses and grape fruit are well complemented by the aroma of white pulp peach, while due to the elegant acidity and the reductive, short processing, a long-lasting, fruity aftertaste is accomplished.
It is to be served chilled to 10-12 C° for fish and white meat.
